By purchasing a ticket or attending an event organized by SkyDream, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Ticket Purchase and Use

  • All sales final (see refund policy).

  • Tickets sent via email within 24 hours.

  • Resale prohibited.

  • Admission may be denied for fraudulent tickets or disruptive behavior.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • SkyDream may modify time, location, or lineup.

  • Refunds available if canceled or rescheduled.

  • Severe weather or force majeure events are not refundable but may result in credits.

4. Health & Safety

Attendees must comply with safety guidelines. Participation is at your own risk.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior required. Weapons, drugs, and harassment are prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All media belongs to SkyDream. By attending, you consent to being filmed/photographed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to ticket price paid.
